Choosing a food truck in Madison
Madison has a long-running downtown food cart scene. The city licenses carts at spots around the Capitol Square, State Street and campus through a yearly review, and each cart needs a mobile food license from Public Health Madison & Dane County.
Trucks move around, so follow your favorites on social media for their schedules. Many also cater weddings, office parties and graduations, and breweries often host trucks on weekends.
