IT support in Sun Prairie, WI

Choosing an IT support provider in the Madison area

Decide whether you need help by the hour or a managed service with a monthly fee that covers monitoring, updates, backups and help desk support.

Ask how backups are handled and tested, how they protect against ransomware, and how quickly they respond to an outage. You should keep administrator access to your own systems and accounts.

Ask for a written agreement that spells out response times, what's covered, and how you'd get your data and passwords if you switch providers.
