Choosing a yoga or pilates studio in the Madison area
Hot yoga, vinyasa, yin, restorative and reformer pilates are very different experiences, so read the class descriptions and start with a beginner or intro class. Many studios offer an introductory deal for new students.
Most studios sell drop-in classes, class packs and memberships. Ask how long a class pack stays valid, whether memberships renew automatically, and how to cancel. If you sign a longer membership contract, read the cancellation terms before you sign.
