Date night in Madison, WI: dinner, drinks, shows and more

Whether it's a first date or a long-overdue night out, Madison has plenty to fill an evening: a tasting menu on the Capitol Square, cocktails eight floors up, a show at Overture or the Barrymore, or a walk out to Picnic Point. Everything below was confirmed on its own site in November 2026. For the popular dinner spots, reserve ahead.
