Cleaning services in Cottage Grove, WI

Choosing a cleaning service in the Madison area

Ask whether the company is insured and bonded, and whether cleaners are employees or independent contractors. That affects who's responsible if someone is injured or something is damaged.

Be clear about scope. A standard clean and a deep clean are different jobs, and move-out cleans for Madison rentals often have their own checklist. Ask for one in writing.

Ask whether they bring supplies, whether you'll get the same cleaner each time, and how they handle keys or door codes.
