Ask how bays are priced (by the hour or per person), how many players fit in a bay, whether they rent clubs, and whether food and drinks are served. Book ahead for evenings and weekends.
For lessons, ask whether the instructor uses video or launch-monitor analysis and whether a package of lessons is cheaper than paying one at a time.
