MadisonWI.com guide
Choosing a dance studio in Madison
Studios range from competition-focused programs to recreational classes, so ask which kind they are and what's expected in time and travel. Try a trial class if one is offered.

Ask about the full cost for the year, not just tuition: registration fees, costumes, recital tickets and competition fees can add up. Check how the studio handles missed classes and withdrawals before you sign up.
For adults, many studios offer drop-in classes and social dance lessons, including wedding dance packages.
