Choosing a carpet cleaner in Madison
Ask how they clean (hot water extraction, low-moisture or dry methods), how long carpets take to dry, and whether moving furniture, pre-treating stains and deodorizing are included or extra. Get the price per room or per square foot in writing, and ask how they define a "room."

Pet urine, red wine and old stains may not come out completely, and a good cleaner will say so up front. For wool or antique rugs, ask whether they clean them in their shop rather than on site.
If your carpet is under warranty, check whether the manufacturer requires professional cleaning by a particular method.
